Sprit OS ("we", "our", "us") is a product of CareFlux AI LLC, USA. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Sprit OS platform at spritos.in, app.spritos.in, and the Sprit OS mobile application.
Account Information: Phone number, name, organization name, city, state, and role (owner/cashier/staff).
Business Data: Product inventory, sales transactions, daily closing records, branch information. This data belongs to your organization.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account details. We store transaction references (order IDs, payment status) for billing records.
Device Information: Device ID, app version, and connection status for offline sync.
Your data is stored on secured servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Database backups are taken every 5 minutes (incremental), hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. Access is restricted to authenticated users within your organization (multi-tenant isolation).
We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties. Data is shared only with:
Your business data (inventory, sales, closings, reports) belongs to your organization. You may request a full data export at any time by contacting us.
Account and business data is retained as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Sprit OS is a business tool for liquor bar operations. It is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
