These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sprit OS, a product of CareFlux AI LLC, USA ("Company", "we", "us"). By using Sprit OS, you agree to these Terms.
Sprit OS is a cloud-based point-of-sale and inventory management platform designed for liquor bar operations in India. The service includes web application (app.spritos.in), mobile application (Android APK), and backend APIs (api.spritos.in).
To use Sprit OS, you must register an organization with a valid Indian phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and pilot PIN codes. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
New organizations receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. Trial extensions may be available via promotional coupon codes. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until renewal. All plans include unlimited users and unlimited branches.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service was not used during that period.
Promotional coupon codes may be issued for trial extensions or discounts. Coupons are subject to: one-time use per organization, expiry dates, and maximum redemption limits. We reserve the right to discontinue coupons at any time.
Your business data belongs to your organization. We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, multi-tenant isolation, and regular backups.

We target 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. The offline mode allows continued sales operations during internet outages. We are not liable for data loss caused by factors outside our control.
Sprit OS, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CareFlux AI LLC. "Sprit OS" is a trademark of CareFlux AI LLC. Your business data remains your intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareFlux AI LLC's total liability for any claims arising from your use of Sprit OS shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and applicable Indian laws for operations conducted in India.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
